People act like Clark is this enigma when it comes to woman but he's not. He has a fairly consistent pattern of behavior.
I honestly think it's because the show has been on the air for so long that people have just ingrained fanon into canon even though the show canon doesn't support the fanon interpretation.
Like when it comes to Clark and sex. We never saw Clark trying to initiate a sexual situation with someone
But because of the way fandom works, people were having Clark trying to initiate such things back in
And so the idea of what or how Clark would do such a thing was built up in people's minds long before we ever actually saw the real Clark
on the show
try and do it. And so for some the two didn't match up even though the fanon interpretation wasn't in any way the canon one.
